Data and purposes

For website delivery and security, systems process connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, response status, browser and device. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating and securing its systems (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site has no forms, accounts or newsletter. If you email us, message and attachment data are used to reply and take steps you request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); general enquiries are handled on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). Data may also be processed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Article 6(1)(c)/(f)).

Email is voluntary; without sufficient information we may be unable to reply. Website data are not used for marketing, analytics or profiling. No significant automated decisions are made.

Recipients and transfers

Access may be given to authorised staff, Aruba S.p.A. for hosting, IT and email providers, professional advisers and public authorities where required. Processors act under applicable instructions and agreements. Data are not publicly disclosed. Any transfer outside the EEA must comply with Chapter V GDPR.

Retention

Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for service operation, security and incident handling under the hosting service settings. Emails are kept to handle the enquiry and then deleted, unless needed for a business relationship, legal obligations or legal claims, for the applicable period.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority. Contact info@ideagioconda.it; requests are handled within Article 12 GDPR time limits.

Cookies and tracking

The current configuration sets no cookies and uses no analytics, profiling or other tracking tools. Fonts and other resources are served from this website; technical logs are not cookies. No consent banner is shown because there are no non-essential cookies requiring consent. If such tools are introduced, they will be blocked until consent, and refusal or withdrawal will be straightforward.
